FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL TO GO TO PHYSIOTHERAPY?
No! We do not require a referral, but some insurance companies require you to have one in order to receive reimbursement. If you do have a doctor’s referral, we ask that you bring this to your first appointment, as we take a copy and keep it on file.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
We are able to direct bill most insurance companies. Feel free to ask us any questions or concerns you have about your insurance when you are booking your appointment.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please bring or wear shorts or loose yoga pants, a t-shirt or tank top and a pair of sneakers.
HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE?
Your first appointment will be approximately one hour, with follow up treatments averaging half an hour to an hour.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
